patiently waiting!

My 28thirty is blocking as I type, and I can't wait for it to dry!!! I think this is going to be a really good one! In the meantime, here's a little something I finished a little while ago.

I really like this hat, the color is perfect and I've been seeing different versions of a trinity stitch beret on girls around town, who probably spent too much money on one from Urban Outfitters or something equally as trendy. I wish I would have knit the body a little longer before I started the decreases, it's a little less slouchy than I like. I was trying to be cautious because normally I knit the body too long for my taste... oh well.
