It's been getting pretty cool around these parts the last few days. We kind of abruptly went from summer to fall, last weekend it was in the nineties, and then this week it's supposed to be rainy and in the 60's and low 70's. I'm excited, though, because fall is my favorite time of year (I think every blogger says that!). I can't wait for layering, tights, cardigans, and boots. I'm also getting into wearing jeans again. I went through about a year of only wanting to wear dresses, and saving my jeans for when I was bumming around the house. But now I've found I'm leaning towards jeans more often, and it gives me an excuse to wear (and shop for!) cute tops :)

Do you have any vintage scarves? How do you store or display them?

Lovely!!

How pretty!
ReplyDeleteI love this! Man, having short hair is a bummer for me seeing how stinking cute your hair looks. I have a scarf on in a turban-ish style today at work..perhaps I'll head to the bathroom to see if I can tie it in a cute bow!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the inspiration!
Precious my dear :)
ReplyDeleteSO CUTE!!! I am totally a jean girl. YAY for you wearing 'em more. For a gal like me it's kind of intimidating when everyone has on gorgeous dresses and skirts!!! Not that I hate dresses and skirts, I love 'em, but I have maybe a handful. :P
ReplyDeleteAnd yes, most people I know agree - Autumn = PERFECTION!!!

ReplyDeleteyour hair looks so cute! i remember from kaelah's blog that you are from around chicago and you should hit up Ragstock sometime. i have been obsessed with their huge and inexpensive selection of adorable silk scarves. and if you ever need a scarf shopping buddy in the chicago area, i'm your girl :)
ReplyDeleteI use this same technique withbrandom scarves ive found in the house, where can you get cute scarves for cheap?
ReplyDeleteI've gotten most of my scarves at Goodwill or the Salvation Army! At Goodwill, they're usually in the women's bins for $1 :)
